멜라토닌, 세로토닌.
잠을 잘 땐 빛을 잘 차단해야 함. (특히 자외선 쪽?)
작성중. 한참 뒤에나 다시 건드릴듯 하지만;;;;;; 뭐 결론만 먼저 말하자면, 낮엔 적당히 햇빛을 쐐어주고 밝은데에서 생활하고, 밤에 잘때는 빛을 잘 차단해서 자야 숙면을 취한다는 이야기.
